Bike Service Appointment

At Essential Cycles, our qualified mechanics are ready to help make your cycling dreams come true. We specialize in Mountain Bike repairs, but with decades of experience, access to quality tools, and meticulous attention to detail we are equipped to handle all bicycle repairs. We also carry an extensive selection of genuine spare parts as well as aftermarket options for every budget.

Our workshop offers two service streams: Appointments and Walk-in Service. To maintain workshop efficiency, for most repairs we request you book an appointment for a specific date of service and we will strive to have your repair completed that day. Some repairs may require 24-48h for turnaround, or longer if repair parts need to be sourced.

However, we also know that sometimes biking happens and repairs cannot always be predicted! For that reason we keep limited service space for walk in repairs, which we will endeavor to complete in a timely manner.

With all repairs, bikes will be thoroughly assessed upon drop-off and a service plan will be agreed upon at that time.

We request that all bikes are dropped off by 11am on your Date of Service. 
However, you are also welcome to drop off your bike 1-2 days prior, as it suits your schedule. Any bikes dropped off after 11am on their requested date of service will be considered as walk-in service and rescheduled accordingly.
