INVENTORY & IN STORE PICKUP
We endeavor to keep our inventory up to date and synced with Ibis's, however if something slips through the cracks and the colour/size you requested is not available you will be issued a full refund no questions asked if you cannot be tempted by a different colour / offering.
Most Bikes are shipped from Warehouse within 48 hours of ordering so pickup timeline can range from 4 - 10 days. We will confirm a pickup ETA as soon as possible after your order.
