INVENTORY & IN-STORE PICKUP
We work hard to keep our inventory accurate and synced with Ibis’s availability, but occasionally, a specific color or size may sell out before updates are reflected. If your selected bike is unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund—no questions asked (unless, of course, we can tempt you with a different color or model!).
Most bikes ship from the warehouse within 48 hours, so your pickup timeline typically falls within 4-10 days. Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm the estimated pickup date as soon as possible.
